Flash Fiction Friday #14 ~ Silent Lovers
In tears, I watched him walk out the door.
Once again he leaves me aching for his touch, and desperate for his kisses.
On the tenth of every month, he gives me passion that takes my breath away.
His very presence soothes my wounded heart, gives me hope to see another day when life seems to close in around me. Time pauses when he’s in my arms and rushes by when we’re apart.
United, we never speak, for the moment is too precious for words.
I love him, dearly, with all my heart…
Even though I don’t know his name.
