I’m happy to report that 2 more talented authors have severed ties with the company Red Rose Publishing.
The lovely Kali Willows, and my friend, Sam Cheever are now able to exhale. The nightmare is over and now they can move on with their lives with smiles on their faces.
This is, without a doubt, a reason to celebrate. *lifting wine glass*
Luckily for Sam, she had a pit-bull lawyer on her side, so her departure from the RRP was painless and done with little hassle. Kali was not so fortunate. The owner attempted to manipulate her with lies and threats. While I left out the grimy details in my post about Red Rose Publishing, (Click here to read my past post –>> http://blog.yvonnenicolas.com/2013/04/26/no-longer-caught-in-the-thorns-of-red-rose-publishing/) Kali took the time to take you on the nightmarish journey of her experience with said publishing company.
Keep in mind, this is not a vicious attack, but more of a warning for the aspiring authors out there, who are seeking a publishing company to call home. Take note from authors who have been through the darkest parts of the fray.
