When I was asked to participate in an online panel for Romancing the Capital, I was super stoked to be a part of it. I didn’t hesitate to say yes. However, I was very nervous because this was my first time speaking on a panel for an online convention. All things considered, I think I did a pretty good job. I had a blast with A.M. Griffin, Eve Vaughn, and Stephanie Burke! Stephanie made it hard to keep a straight face. The stories she told were hilarious.
We touched on world-building in a futuristic/ fantasy setting, as well as the importance of representation in sci-fi. We even discussed alien sex! LOL! That was a fun discussion.
