Stay Ready

Staying low to the ground, Alexis crept into the hangar. She slipped into the nearest shadow and crouched against the wall.

The retractable ceiling was left open. Strange. There were no missions on record for the day. At least that’s what was reported on the log. So, why was the ceiling open? Several drones zipped by. They circled the field, lingering around the aircraft building.

Damn, this is gonna be harder than I expected.

She never backed down from a challenge before. So why start now? She flash-stepped across the massive space, going from one hovercraft to another, using them as cover. Hopefully, she moved fast enough to evade the drones’ radar. All she had to do was make it to the rear door. That would bring her closer to the canal, and closer the secrets within.

Almost there. I can do this. She took a deep breath and made a dash for the door.

Suddenly, the sharp shrill of a sword being drawn reached her senses. Alexis scanned her surroundings. The hangar seemed vacant, but that apparently wasn’t the case. She slowed her pace, but she kept moving. A threatening breeze rushed into her from the right. With it, a blade whistled through the air.

Reaching for her own sword, she ducked and swept her right leg out. Her foot caught the ankle of her unseen opponent.

A shadowy apparition emerged and flipped back away from her.

Alexis drew a trio of shuriken and launched them at the shadow. A series of silver streaks deflected the tiny blades.

Sword in hand, Alexis squared off. “If you wanted a battle, all you had to do was ask… Helena.”

Her adversary shed her ghostly form and stepped forth, wielding twin katanas. “You knew I would attack you?”

“The way you swoon over Tristan…” Alexis pushed her leather jacket from over her shoulders and let it fall to the ground. “Yeah, I knew it was only a matter of time before you made a go for me.”

Her preternatural eyes narrowed as her lips kicked up in a snarling sneer. “You don’t deserve him and I’m going to prove it.” Crossing her blades, she crouched in a battle stance. “I hope you’re ready, Moonlight. ‘Cause I’m not going to hold back.”

Smiling, Alexis held her weapon in a double grip. “Bitch, I stay ready.”

My New Rose Collar for the #Dracula Premiere! #Vampires #BDSM #ASMSG #Erotica #FlashFiction

Happy Friday, my lovelies!

I have a special treat for you today. I’m not sure how many of you follow my posts on Facebook. If you do, you know for the last 3 weeks I’ve been posting about how super excited I am for the new Dracula series, more so since the devilishly sexy actor—Jonathan Rhys Meyers will be portraying our beloved Dracula.

Excuse me while I swoon…

My favorite vampire, Demetri Bithanos, wasn’t too happy to hear about my crush on the new age version of Dracula. Demetri is after all a very jealous demon vampire, though he likes to pretend he doesn’t care. To appease his undead manhood, I promised him the vampire king of all time would only occupy my time for an hour, every Friday. 😀

To celebrate the recreation of the classic monster, Dracula, I penned a flash tale, inspired by the image below.

My New Rose Collar

I’d been staring at the door for what seemed like hours. It hadn’t been very long since he left, but the need to see him again stretched the time and space between us. He was in my system. I could hardly think or breathe without him.

For the fifth time tonight, I approached the wall-length mirror to check my appearance.

I’d chosen the most lavish gown in my closet for this special night. The lace layered my curves like a second skin. It was sexy, yet tasteful, designed in colors that pleased him—red and black.

The door to the room opened and he appeared like a dark fantasy.

My heart fluttered, my body shuddered.

His sterling blue eyes gleamed like diamonds as he ambled into the room. “My, aren’t you radiant.” He eased in behind me and slipped an arm around my waist. His body fit flush against mine. The faint reflection of his beautiful pale face smiled at me through the mirror. “Up. You know I like your hair up.”

“I’m sorry.” I helplessly returned his ghostly smile. “Are you going to punish me now?”

The gown’s soft fabric crawled up my legs as he bunched it in his fist. “Would you like me to punish you?” He cupped my throbbing sex. A single finger speared between my moist folds and brushed over my clit.

My knees buckled. “Please do.”

He held me tighter. “Is it passion and pain you desire?”

“Yes,” I breathed out on a shaky sigh.

“Then I shall punish you severely when we return from the ball…” He pulled my mane back from over my shoulder and pressed his lips to my neck. “And fuck you to tears afterwards.” The gentle prick from his fangs sent a rush of ecstasy soaring through me. His moans mingled with mine as he swept his tongue over the puncture wounds he’d made. “I have something for you.” He presented a long black case on the palm of his hand.

I made no efforts to hide my excitement as I tore off the blood red ribbon and cracked the gift open. A new collar stood out on black velvet padding. Silk roses lined the leather band. In between each rose was a silver spike.

With this gift, he’d made it official. I was his human love slave. “It’s so beautiful.”

“As are you.” He retrieved it from the case and gently latched it around my neck. With a kiss to my cheek, he crooned, “Now, my pet, let’s go show the undead how stunning you are.”

Gift of Persuasion

Sheila smiled as soon as they walked into the building. “A male gay club? Really, Trevor? Why’d you bring me here?”

She looked over at her maker. His fangs descended as his devilish green eyes glazed over in feverish lust. The wave of his open desire whipped through her like raging storm. Her own sharp incisors crept from beneath her gums.

Sidling closer to him, she slid her hand into his. “See something you like?”

“I want you to sense it…” He dropped that heart-stopping gaze on her. “The rapid pulses, the thick blood pumping through veins, the aura of raw sex in the air… Breathe it in. Then target your victim. Don’t bother reading their minds. Just choose one that appeals to you.”

Shaking her head, she giggled. “You mean to truly test my will. I think I’d have more success in a straight club, don’t you think?”

“My darling, you fail to realize the power you hold. Your elegant umber tone and bountiful curves…” His fingertips danced over her naked shoulder and along the length of her neck. A shudder darted down her spine. “There’s not a man alive who is able to resist your beauty.” His haunting whisper wafted over the thumping music. “Use the gift I’ve given you, the gift of persuasion.”

She scanned the crowd. A man near the bar caught her attention. Nursing a glass of scotch, he eyed her over his shoulder, or rather eyed her maker. He was beautiful, toned. What she liked most about him was that his blood was running hotter than all the men in the club.

He was perfect.

“Come to me,” she commanded in mental message.

Without a moment’s hesitation, he slid off the barstool and ambled toward them, winding his hips to the beat of the music.

“Nice choice. He seems anxious to be your blood whore.”

She grinned up at Trevor as he watched the man’s seductive approach in eager anticipation.

“I have a hot fantasy sailing along my mind,” she whispered. “Can you see it?”

He chuckled. “You wicked little minx. I see you have no problem with abusing your gift.” He reached over his head and yanked his shirt off. “That aside, your desires are also mine and I do enjoy satisfying them.”

Trevor grazed his fingertips over the guy’s erect nipples as he slinked behind him. Moaning, the man helplessly melted into his embrace.

Eyes focused on her, Trevor smiled and tugged on the guy’s shirt, baring his delicious torso. He was teasing her.

Sheila found herself trembling and breathing heavily.

Mouth hovering over his jugular, Trevor winked and crooned, “For you, sweetheart.” Then he lost his fangs in his victim’s flesh.

I hope you enjoyed this flash tale. I scored this image from a fellow Tumblr blogger, and as you can see it inspired a story.

Flash Fiction Friday #31 ~ Cold Turkey

What the heck, it’s Friday already? Time just zipped by this week. Not that I’m complaining. I love Fridays and I love the weekend even more. 😉

Alrighty, I’m doing something a little different this week for my flash fiction. I didn’t get a chance to join my crew in FFF, but ran into an image on Tumblr that elicited a story as soon as I saw it. I didn’t go on word count. I just let the story flow, which works better for me when it comes to my writing.

Flash Fiction Friday #31 ~ Cold Turkey

Jonathan leaned over, swiped the head of the ciggy across the ground and popped a mint into his mouth. She didn’t like him smoking, but he couldn’t just quit the habit cold turkey without having her to replace it.

The sound of her heels clacking down the corridor reached his ears. She rounded the corner and stole his breath away. The white gown stood out in brilliant contrast against her umber tone and hugged her bold curves with perfection.

“What are you doing, Jon?”

“Waiting for you to take off that gown and sit on my face.”

She pursed her lips and flipped her hand dismissively. “Stop being silly. Put on your shoes and jacket and come on. We can’t get started without you.”

The words, fuck me now, or I don’t do this, sat on the edge of his tongue, but he couldn’t do that to her. Not on her wedding day. He loved her too much.

Flash Fiction Friday #30 ~ Ice On Flesh

A sweet tide dangled on the edge of my clit as I stared up into his starry brown eyes. “I can’t…”

“You better.”

Nestled between my breasts, a cube of ice slowly liquefied, dribbling cool water over my collarbone. “Dante please, I’m almost there.”

His groin smashed into mine, his beefy cock filling me to capacity once again and pushing me toward the peak of completion. My body rocked upon impact. My pussy walls quivered around him. Frantic, I closed my eyes, trying my damndest to hold it back.

“If you cum before it melts, I’ll never fuck you again.”

“She’ll forgive you, Brent.”

He groaned when she wrapped her delicate fingers around his stiff shaft. “Trisha, don’t…please…” Attempting to suppress his desire for her, he grimaced and hugged her.

“If we don’t do it, they’ll kill us.” She began to pump her fisted hand, slowly and skillfully stroking the veins along his lance. “Just pretend I’m her.”

He leered up at the mass of glowing eyes fixed on them.

What was mere entertainment for a crowd of demons would scar him for life. How would he tell his wife that he was forced to make love to her sister?

Flash Fiction Friday #28 ~ Raven

Happy Friday, party people!

Less than a week away! The Dragon Queen Series is due to release on June 28^th! As I said last week, I’m celebrating the release by incorporating some of the characters from the series in my flash fictions.

Today’s flash features Spade, an earthly bound guardian angel who is one of the Dragon Queen’s protectors.

Flash Fiction Friday #28 ~ Raven

Crouched on the edge of the cliff, Raven glanced over at Spade. His blue eyes were set hard, his hand clutching his pistol and the barrel aimed at her.

The spell drawn in the snow illuminated and her wings extended further from her shoulder blades, making her wince.

“It’s working. Hurts though.”

“Not holstering my glock ‘til the transition’s complete. Shifters in mid-shift have been known to go on killing rampages.”

She giggled. “When is the last time you saw a raven go on a killing rampage?”

To her surprise, Spade grinned. “Nineteen-sixty-three, Hitchcock.”

“A movie?”

“Crazy fuckin’ birds.”

“Idiot.”
