Dante carefully laid her back. Silky sheets met her body.
Wait. When did we move from the tub to the bed?
A sudden bout of giggles rushed through her as she drawled, “Probably should’ve stayed in the water ‘cause we’re about to make a mess, baby.”
Hovering over her, Dante chuckled. “I want nothing more than to be bathed in your essence all night.”
That was when she noticed it. His body had bulked up a bit.
He was easily two sizes bigger than he was before. His muscles pulsated, matching his heavy pants. Feline eyes, brighter than glimmering diamonds, gazed down at her intensely. His aura, a dazzling shade of blue, fluctuated around his magnificent form.
“Don’t you dare shift,” she breathed out, a quiver in her voice.
“Mm-hm,” he hummed as he thrust his hips forward, filling her completely.
Moaning, she glanced down at their joined bodies. His bright olive skin against her caramel complexion was a fascinating sight as he slowly moved inside her like liquid gold.
He tenderly cupped her left breast, lowered his head, and pulled her nipple into his mouth.
She gasped and quivered in response. Every nerve was alive with pleasure. Arching toward his suckling lips and sweeping tongue, she hissed, “Dante…”
“I know the conditions. You stated them clearly,” he said, blowing his hot breath on her dark, budded flesh. Lids fluttering, he locked his glowing gaze on her. “But did I agree to abide by them?”
